Business Experience:
Randy grew up in an entrepreneurial family of third-generation grocers, where his father and grandfather instilled hard work, commitment, and critical thinking skills. His work experience started in the meat department, sweeping and mopping floors after school and baseball practice, gaining with early lessons in service, operations, and doing things the right way. Today, Randy’s passion is creating opportunity through business and real estate development—and doing it with great people. He loves turning complex problems into simple, profitable solutions that create wealth and income for investors, lenders, principles and vendors. Randy treats finding the next deal like panning for gold: persistent, curious, and fun. He’s also a small-airplane pilot who loves any chance to fly especially when it means scouting the next real estate deal from 5,000 feet, landing and then completing the due diligence with partners face-to-face. When Randy’s not sourcing deals, you’ll find him with family or recharging outdoors, whether playing tennis, golfing or in the mountains hiking and skiing. He also enjoys anything on the water; swimming, boating, fishing and surfing. When he wants to really relax, he’s on a cruise ship with Kathy and family or a road trip to new cities and towns in the US and abroad.
