Yulie Lee is a passionate advocate for real estate investment with a heart for social impact. Her journey began at UC Berkeley, where she majored in Business, and she went on to gain extensive financial experience at renowned institutions, including a Big Four accounting firm, a leading private equity firm with over $170 billion in assets under management, and a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). While these roles built her strong financial foundation, her true calling emerged from a deeper desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the abandoned and underserved in society.
This realization prompted a shift in focus, leading Yulie to explore the dynamic world of real estate investment. She is passionate about identifying opportunities that combine financial strength with ethical investing principles, such as rehabilitating neglected properties or advancing affordable housing initiatives. Grounded in both her financial background and her vision for impact, each investment she undertakes is guided by a dual commitment: to generate profitable returns for investors and to create positive social change.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Yulie has a deep love for the arts and service. A classically trained pianist since age three, she has volunteered as a church pianist for over 33 years and frequently provides music for weddings, particularly for couples with limited resources. Her creativity extends into composing, collaborating with professional musicians, oil painting, and crocheting handmade items donated to churches and hospitals. Yulie is also a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, an avid hiker, and has twice completed the renowned Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain, with plans to embark on it again in the near future.
